Health is wealth.. If we wanna protect this wealth we have to focus on our regular activities and eating stuff.. Though good skin depends on genetics, there are some vegetables which help us to improve our health as well as glow our skin..


  1. Carrot: It is rich in beta carotene, which will be converted by the body into vitamin C. You must eat carrots daily to glow your skin.. This is very useful in keeping your skin wrinkle free and younger looking. Add carrots to your meals or to your salad. You can also drink carrot juice which can effectively boost your beauty..
       

        2. Tomatoes: Tomato paste is rich in lycopene, which protects skin from sunburn when mixed with olive oil. Lycopene supplies antioxidants which are very much useful for skin. It is also rich in beta carotene which protects your body from free radicals, slowing down cellular damage.






3. Satsangen data: Sage data helps in controlling high blood pressure.. It also helpful for who have     cholesterol problem.. Scientists said it reduce the probability of cancer.. It reduces pain of pimple and inflammation..





4. Red amaranth: Red amaranth increases hemoglobin in blood.. Who have diarrhea or anemia should eat red amaranth to fill up blood..
